Patrick Boulter came to Little River in 1984 after serving 5 years in the U.S. Navy as an Air traffic Controller. He's originally from Northern Va. (Leesburg) where he left for the Navy when he was 17 years old. With his Dad retiring here in 1980 Patrick came wanting to be with his dad in his later years and start his on business. He successfully started an operated Barnacle Boulter's Diving & Propeller for 20 years (boatpropeller.com). Patrick got his Real estate Licence in 1986, but with nothing selling during that time he focused on running the boat repair business. He did start buying small pieces of real estate and by the late 90's, he had teamed up with one of his millionaire yacht owners and began bird dogging property that would generate cash flow. After realizing that there were way more deals than our investment group could own, Patrick went back to Real Estate School, so he could pass on his ability to find good deals and get paid to do it. Patrick now has his brokers associate license and is now your full time Real Estate Advisor.
